BOOKING, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Bookings and Deposits
All sessions must be secured with a cash or Credit/Debit card payment in the amount of the total session price prior to the scheduled session. No exceptions.

Cancellations
All appointments that are cancelled may be rescheduled the date must be submitted within 7 days of session time to avoid losing full payment or having a convenience fee added to reschedule, the fees are as follows. $25 for a rescheduling 7+ days, $50 for a rescheduling within 4-6 days , $75 for a rescheduling within 3 -1 days & $100 for a rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to scheduled date.

To reschedule your date the remaining balance of the photography session will be required at the time to reschedule. If an appointment is to be rescheduled , the client has up to 7 days to reschedule and pay remaining balance or they risk losing their payment. If a client cancels more than twice, HouseofMadisxn Photography reserves the right to not make any further appointments. There are no refunds.

PHOTOSHOOT TERMS - DAY OF SHOOT

Time and Arrival
Please be on time. Sessions are expected to start on time. Please show up 15 minutes prior to your session time. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If client has not arrived within 30 minutes of scheduled time, the session will be cancelled or rescheduled. Any sessions that need to be rescheduled for any reasons other than weather are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. If you are late to your agreed upon time for your photo session and still need the full time allotted for the session (provided there are no bookings schedule directly after original shoot times) a late penalty fee will be issued. If you are late for your scheduled photo session, the session may be cut short by the number of minutes you are late.

Guests
Outside of individuals essential to your shoot (hair stylist, make up artist, etc.) you are allowed to bring up to 3 guests.  Special provisions can be made if needed, please address any requirements at time of booking.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY FINAL EDITS?

​

The proofs from each session will be delivered via online proofing gallery 3 days after your shoot. After you have sent your final selections for editing, it will take 7 business days ( not including weekends) to get the final edits via email where you will download the digital files. If you need them sooner there is a rush fee of $50 per photo.

Props

Props and clothing are not provided. This is up to the discretion of the client.
